Hajj Guide
Hajj is the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is mandatory for Muslims to perform Hajj at least once in their lifetime if they are physically and financially able. Here are the main steps of Hajj:
Ihram
Enter the state of Ihram (purity) and wear the prescribed attire.
Tawaf
Circumambulate the Kaaba seven times.
Sa'i
Walk or run between the hills of Safa and Marwa seven times.
Stand at Arafat
Spend the afternoon on the plain of Arafat, praying and reflecting.
Muzdalifah
Spend the night under the open sky at Muzdalifah.
Rami al-Jamarat
Stone the pillars representing Satan.
Animal Sacrifice
Perform or arrange for an animal sacrifice.
Final Tawaf
Perform a final circumambulation of the Kaaba.
